Re the article on the MPs’ visit – that’s a very clear statement of evidence for including Gilsland as a top priority on the Borderlands actions – their overall commitment is to “connectivity” though this has been hard to discover in the projects funded so far. Being connected to the outside world is what Gilsland is not. But fortunately it’s a closely knit community – and the excellent Mag contributes tothat.

Thanks Wendy. Borderlands was raised in the meeting but (I think) the view was that their money is all already allocated to other projects.
